OMG!

So, one of the taste testers the Iron Chef today, was Nagisa Oshima! Crazy eh? You watch all these crazy films of his, and then form all these opinions of him, only to find him tasting 50 ways to cook a potato on TV. Seriously. The ingredient was potato. And because the iron chef tied with the challenger, they had to go into a 30 minute sweet potato overtime challenge. It's funny knowing that this guy, Oshima, who is reponsible for all these disturbing images that are present in my head (such as putting an egg where an egg should NEVER EVER be...) is sitting at a table with 3 other japanese ladies, contemplating on what kind of message a sweet potato brings to a dish. Crazy...

The iron chef won the overtime by the way.
